Affordable but good features.

The location was very good. Walkable distance from Beer Street (Bui Vien Walking Street) which is very vibrant during night. The room was small but clean. Attached Toilet was very clean. Complimentry breakfast was OK.

We booked 7 rooms. Though we asked for rooms as near as possible they given in different floors (distributed in 4 different floors). There is no lift from ground floor. We have to climb to first floor to take the lift.

pleasantly surprised and wouldnt mind returning back to the same place

first time to vietnam and i find this city so vibrant. Hotel is located close to good food place and also a "grab" away to major sight seeing and good malls. Breakfast has enough choices with more emphasis on Local meals. We stayed 8 nights with families and never find the breakfast a bore.

hard to find what i dont like for the price that i get.

Great location.

Nicely situated, just across from the walking street. Everything you need, it’s very simple but perfect for tourists who don’t spend an awful lot of time in the room. The air conditioning was really nice and the room and bathroom was clean and tidy.

The beds were rock solid.

Breakfast was served in the other branch of the hotel of different location; lift starts at 1st floor not from the ground.

Pleasant

Clean and modern bathroom. Convenient location. A good breakfast, good variety of food available. Good value.

The complimentary breakfast was at another hotel (100m away).. The lift started from the 1st floor and not the reception area. Room was very compact. Smaller than photos indicated. No window.

Wonderful

Nice small hotel, stuff is really friendly and helpfully. Send for me the airport transfer. Possible pay in her to the day trips. Breakfast other building have approx 2 blocks. Have many options and delicious. The room is nice and big, bathroom same and clean. On the rooftop see the all city, beautiful panorama.

If i really want search some bad thing is a Elevator start from first floor.

overall stay is okay. the location is convenient.

the room is clean. location is good as well

one of our room aircon is not cold till the staff took out the filter and wash it. after that is better but not cold enough. the breakfast need to walk to another branch hotel.

Great location. Central to most things in D1. Very little noise from Walking street. Staff were absolutely fantastic.

Elevator was located on the 1st floor. Had to walk 1 set of stairs to get to lift. Air-conditioning made strange noises during night. Was a little inconvenience having to go to other sites for breakfast.

I stayed here for almost 3 weeks, it’s a budget hotel and is actually comfortable

The staff were so good, they recommended a lot of things and also helped when I needed it. Strawberry is an extraordinary lady, she went above and beyond to help me. Breakfast was included in my room, buffet style and it was quite good.

The room is small, not very clean when I came here. There was a lot of dust on the walls, shower room walls not very clean. Blood on the wall next to the sink and mirror. When I asked for it to be cleaned the lady obliged.
